Navigation is a service that helps guide persons living with a mental illness and their families to connect with support services in the community. Irene Skehen, Wellness and Recovery Educator
The road to wellness and recovery can, at times, be overwhelming. We are here to accompany you on your journey to well-being. You do not have to do it alone - you are surrounded and supported by your peers. At Healthy Minds we are in full recovery mode providing an array of personal development/mental health recovery programs and workshops. Irene combines traditional and complimentary approaches to health, well-being and mental health recovery, providing alternative ways for people to look at their health and their lives. The results have been amazing, we are seeing real change.
